Safe Conversations is a new way of talking that makes it safe for everyone to connect through difference.
Using a three-step process Safe Conversations teaches you to grow and become more present in your relationships.
The Problem Behind All Problems...  and Why Safe Conversations is Transforming Lives...
watch the video below.

Learn why we experience conflict with those we love
and what to do about it!

Safe Conversations is a process developed by, Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt.   They took what they learned after working with couples for 40+ years and simplified best practices into this easy process anyone can use!

Love is more than a feeling
It is Science.

You’ll learn how to:
  • Transform conflict to connection
  • Understand and be understood by your partner
  • Talk & listen in a whole new way
  • Eliminate negativity from your conversations
  • Train your brain to engage in healthy ways
  • Experience connection beyond differences

The Safe Conversations process has three parts:

Mirroring
Repeating back what your partner said,
so their feelings are heard
Validating
Seeing your partner’s perspective from their point of view without surrendering your own
Empathizing
Imagining the feelings your partner had while they were sending their message

To practice these, our Interactive Workshops include:

Dialogue
A new way to talk and listen that creates a safe relationship
Fun Sessions
A Mix of demos, lectures, and practice
Follow Up
Support and practice groups
Safe Conversations has reached over 175 countries and over 5,100 US cities,
serving more than 450,000 people

98% of people who participated in Safe Conversations
felt that their experience was inspiring and life changing.
